Order Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. This timeframe may vary during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Graduation season or Christmas.
If you're ordering a personalised frame or gifts for special occasions such as anniversaries, birthdays, or thank-you gifts, please take into account both our handling time and the estimated shipping period.
If you require your order by a specific date, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to avoid disappointment.
Standart shipping cost
Bloomingandpetals use third party companies for shipping deliveries; Australia post upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Please be aware as we use a third party courier service, means once the parcel has left our premises we have no control on how it is handled, and in what time frame it is to be delivered. We are not responsible and will not pay for, or refund for any loss, damages or expenses incurred during transit with the courier service.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. In a case of re delivery of returned orders due to incorrect/incomplete address, the customer is responsible for shipping costs that apply to reshipped it the correct address.
Hand delivery for big arrangement
Blooming and petals also provide a contactless delivery service only for big floral arrangement and glass dome arrangement. The products will be hand deliver up to 10 km from Ringwood area VIC 3134
